VICI Properties owns 54 dynamic gaming destinations, 39 other experiential properties and four championship golf courses located across the United States and Canada.
VICI Properties owns four championship golf courses in the United States. Operated and managed by The Cabot Collection, these Cabot-Managed Properties consist of Cascata and Rio Secco in Las Vegas, Chariot Run in Indiana, and Grand Bear in Mississippi. Each property is located near certain of our gaming properties, two of which are in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Amenities across the courses include clubhouses, restaurants, event space, and golf shops.
Cascata
Cascata was built in 2000 by golf course architect Rees Jones. It is located southeast of Las Vegas, approximately 25 miles from the Strip, and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, golf shop, and event space. The course is ranked in Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Courses You Can Play.

Chariot Run
Chariot Run is an equestrian-themed, bent-grass course. It opened in 2002 and is located 12 miles from the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino. The course includes a clubhouse with a dining room, pro shop and event space.
